Results from Jefferson Lab's Qweak experiment published in Nature

The weak charge of the proton has been measured to high precision, for the first time, by the Q-weak experiment at the Department of Energy’s Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab). UVa Associate Professor of Physics Kent Paschke played a leading role in this experiment. Another faculty member, Gordon Cates, was also involved. Xiaochao Zheng wrote an accompanying News and Views article.
