"Higher-Order QED for Precision Studies of Electron Scattering"Andrei Afanasev , Jefferson Lab [Host: Donal Day]
ABSTRACT:
High precision of electron scattering experiments on nucleons and
nuclei requires precise methods to include electromagnetic radiative
corrections. Using an example of elastic electron-nucleon scattering,
I will describe an important role of higher-order Quantum
Electrodynamic techniques for the studies of hadronic structure with
electron beams.
