Some of these notes are in HTML format and read well with Nescape, and amost as
well (but have not been tested) with IE. Others are generated using SWP (Scientific Workplace 2.5)
and converted to PDF format. For these:
Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the *.pdf file
or
Use SWP to view directly the *.tex file. You can also save it to disk and use
your favorite LaTex compiler on it. There may be SWP macros to be touched up. For instance,
change \dfrac to plain \frac
