My interests lie in the area of Astrophysics, General Relativity and Gravity.  I hope to analyze the impact of fusion on the time dependency of the Sun's mass, and the impact that has on the Sun's gravitational field.  The effect is expected to be undetectable for G2 stars, such as the Sun, but it may have larger impact on super-massive stars; especially binary systems.  A classical approach to the problem confirms perturbative effects that may not be measureable for main sequence stars of a couple solar masses or less.

Current, active efforts are in the field of radiative muon decay in attempts to refine measurements of the branching ratios for the muon.
