Interesting interactive & passive E&M materials:

van de Graaff Generator & Soap Bubbles demonstration (30,367,895 bytes). This will take a little time to download even if you're on grounds. Don't try this over the phone.
Widely Applied Physics (Phys 312) lecture notes. Here you will find some interesting quicktime movies of time-dependent electromagnetic phenomena.
Physics Java applets. Many interesting physics demonstrations, the charged particle in an electric and magnetic field being of particular interest.
Physics 2000.
- Planetary orbits in electronic systems. This is more sweets than potatoes.
- Lines of force, or rather, electric field lines, interactive style.
- Force field demo: click and drag your way through electrostatics! Try placing the plus and minus "terminals" near to each other, and drag a test charge around the both of them. What is the field supposed to look like in this case?
Circuit designer. Not the most amazing circuit simulator in the world, but much better than the worst.
Udder Insanity! For those with bovine aspirations. Can you make the cows spherical?
Physics 2000 has updated their site (I think) with extremely well-written pieces on the Two Slit experiment, microwave ovens, and EM waves. There is also an applet index if you'd rather just click on some goodies.
Find the earth's gemagnetic pole. Watch it move and ask, "What is it running from?"
The Australian Antarctic Program has photos and videos of the Aurora, as does the Asahi Natural Science Classroom in Alaska.
Moore's Law: predict the future of computing!
Generator: a really good demonstration of how an electric generator functions. A close companion, the DC electric motor can also be found at this site.
Davidson's Physlets site has a lot of good web demos, so saddle up before heading here. I'm not thrilled with their circuit stuff, but it's still better than anything else I've seen on the WWW.
There is a site in Taiwan (run by Fu-Kwun Hwang) that has a fair number of instructive physics applets, but is unfortunately difficult to reach at times. He has a cyclotron, and a refraction demo, taking the little guy's (or fish's, as the case may be) perspective.
Here is a play PN Junction, for those of you who really love diodes and can't get enough.
This interactive Periodic Table won a JARS Top 1% award for its exceptionally high niftiness factor.
Just one more interference demo, this one done by Serge G. Vtorov. You may think it odd at first, but just move one of the sliders and it should work just dandy.
